Abstract
The authors report a typical case of nodular tenosynovitis or benign giant cell synovioma of the right ring-finger of a 53-year-old woman. Histologically, this tumor is characterized by a highly cellular proliferation of histiocytie- and fibrocytie-like cells, closely resembling synovial cells, intermingled with multinucleated giant cells, hemosiderin- and lipid-laden cells.
