Abstract
Summary: We describe rupture of a cerebral arterial aneurysm in a 32 year old hypertensive woman following the introduction of nifedipine treatment. It is suggested this relationship is causal rather than coincidental and mediated through cerebral arterial vasodilatation.Keywords
