Abstract
In a 61 year-old woman with a right crural hemiparesis, and a history of progressive development of ipsilateral ataxia, CT scan showed a meningioma of falx cerebri confirmed by neurosurgery. Neurologic signs regressed within weeks. Compression of corticopontine and corticospinal tracts at their origin could account for the clinical disorders. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
