Abstract
WITH the rapid evolution of ideas on the pathogenesis and primary treatment of Hodgkin's disease, it is difficult for the physician who sees only an occasional case to maintain a coherent view of management. This article attempts to provide this view: the concepts presented here form the basis of the management of Hodgkin's disease in the Lymphoma Clinic of the Massachusetts General Hospital.
