Abstract
This article describes an approach to some of the commonly encountered, "classic pattern," appearances of both benign and malignant thyroid nodules that are seen in day-to-day practice. These appearances include specific nodules that commonly need fine needle aspiration (FNA)/biopsy, and other nodules that do not usually need FNA/biopsy.Keywords
