Abstract
Confirmation, on the example of cat brain, of previous observations showing that alcoholic extracts of these organs contain haptenic antigens which have a considerable degree of organ, but little species specificity. Attempts to investigate the specificity of various parts of the brains by means of absorptive techniques were largely frustrated by the development of anticomplementary activity which interfered with the complement fixation technique used in this work. Keywords
