Abstract
A fast and simple procedure has been developed for the quantitation of retinoic acid in ophthalmic solutions. the procedure involves the use of reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography with a mobile phase containing an amine modifier. This procedure is specific for retinoic acid in the presence of its degradation products and formulation excipients. the method is linear over a wide range of concentrations. Keywords
