Critical misfit for generation of dislocations at second-phase particles

Abstract
The generation of dislocation loops around spherical second-phase particles by various models is examined. A theoretical lower limit to the critical misfit is obtained and it is found to agree with the experimentally observed values.This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
