Abstract
Medical faculty staff in ten selected specialties in six Nigerian universities were surveyed with a view to finding out if there were differences in their use of information sources. Results of the survey indicate a high degree of correlation between each pair of the ten specialties in their use of informa tion sources. Specific item analysis of use among the specialties however indicates some degree of variation between the spe cialties. Recommendations for improved library and informa tion services are made, based on the results of the study.
