Abstract
Over 400 patients in our Well Child Clinic have been evaluated since September, 1961, with the aid of newly designed developmental charts. These charts are used as supplements to the usual complete patient evaluation, and the findings are discussed with a consultant. They are designed to give a graphic summary of the child's growth and development, including school performance and behavioral patterns which can be easily compared yearly. These charts are used as teaching aids to help the student physician understand more fully the concepts of Well Child care. Keywords
