Power Spectra of Fluctuations in Strong Langmuir Turbulence

Abstract
The power spectral densities of turbulent fluctuations computed from Zakharov's model are shown to have unexpected structure which results from the coherent temporal evolution of cavitons. These spectra have features in common with the spectra measured during ionospheric heating.Keywords
