First experimental evidence is herein reported supporting the earlier quantum chemical calculations that 5′-Punne-pyrimiidine-3′ 3′ -Pyrimidine-Punne-5 stack is more stable than 5′-Pyrimiidine-Punne-3′ 3′-Punne-Pyrimidine-5′.Keywords
