Abstract
The cancer cell disseminates more easily by surgical manipulation into the blood circulation and also into the abdominal cavity by gastric cancer operation. To know the fate of the detached cancer cells or mechanism of local implantation more study may be required. However, that the metastasis or recurrence occurs by the disseminated cancer cells should not be neglected. Keywords
