Abstract
A new baseline restorer which has a capability to eliminate a low frequency noise with a large amplitude is developed by improving the method of gain switching from self control to external control. This baseline restorer is designed for use in a noisy environment in order to eliminate the noise disturbance whose amplitude is comparable to that of the signal. Keywords
