Abstract
Cytostatic anticancer drugs are known as carcinogenic, mutagenic, and teratogenic risk factors for health care workers who are occupationally exposed during the preparation and administration of such drugs. During the last 20 years, several researchers have developed and validated methods to monitor occupational exposure to such agents. This paper reviews the literature with respect to the possible effects on occupationally exposed hospital workers and establishing occupational exposure. Keywords
