Noise in germanium double-injection space-charge-limited diodes

Abstract

Experimental evidence is presented to support van der Ziel's theory of noise in double-injection s.c.l. diodes. Good agreement is found with the theoretical predictions for a germanium double-injection s.c.l. diode.
