Abstract
The occurrence of a frontal base meningioma in a 3-month-old infant seen for the treatment of sagittal craniosynostosis is reported. The association of the two lesions is of interest both because it is unique and may lend support to theories of the cause of some forms of craniosynostosis. Keywords
