Abstract
Summary A method for examining the degree of changes caused by ultrasound in the living tissue under experimental conditions is described. Because the number of injured mast cells increases in proportion to the dose of ultrasonic energy applied, this method is based on the determination of the percentage of intact mast cells in the mesentery of the rat. Keywords
