Abstract
A 54-year-old woman with chronic unilateral keratoconjunctivitis of three months' duration was found to have homolateral canalicular obstruction by Aspergillus fumigatus. Relief of symptoms occurred promptly following removal of the obstruction and irrigation of the canalicuius.Keywords
