Abstract
A device has been made that is capable of carrying a skin graft to the site of a previously incised urethral stricture and firmly holding it there in such a way as to prevent movement between graft and graft bed. Full-length circumferential graft take was observed in 21 of 23 cases. Endoscopic urethroplasty is proposed as the treatment of choice for strictures of the membranous and bulbar urethra.
