Abstract
Case report on the peritoneoscopic aspect of Budd-Chiari syndrome. The characteristic findings are small blue areas against a brown background due to engorgement of the liver with blood. Differential diagnosis from right heart failure is only possible in view the patient's history. Fallbericht über den laparoskopischen Aspekt des Budd-Chiari-Syndroms. Unter Berücksichtigung der Anamnese konnte diese Diagnose auf Grund des Bildes einer ausgeprägten Stauungsleber mit Aszites und Milzvergrößerung gestellt werden.Keywords
