Abstract
A 36-year-old female with a six-year history of Crohn's disease of the anus and colon was found to havein situ cloacogenic carcinoma of the anus after having undergone total proctocolectomy for massive bleeding. This case further supports the association between Crohn's disease of the gastrointestinal tract and its potential for malignant degeneration. Keywords
