Abstract
The four antiherpes compounds acyclovir, adenine arabinoside, bromovinyldeoxyuridine, and phosphonoformic acid showed an additive to synergistic effect with human leukocyte interferon in inhibiting focus formation by three different strains of varicella-zoster virus in human embryonic fibroblasts. Keywords
