Abstract
One hundred and three out of 547 normal sera were selected because of their ability to agglutinate sheep erythrocytes to a titer of at least 1 8. In spite of this selection, these sera were found to agglutinate trypsinized bovine erythrocytes to a higher titer than trypsinized sheep erythrocytes. Absorption experiments indicate that F-antibody is not the prevalent type in normal human sera.
