Hypocalcaemic chorea secondary to malabsorption

Abstract
Summary: A patient presented with chorea and a recent history of Crohn's disease. Investigation revealed the cause of the chorea to be hypocalcaemia secondary to malabsorption. So far as is known there has been no previous report of hypocalcaemic chorea due to malabsorption.Keywords
