A relation between dark field electron micrographs of lattice defects

Abstract
It is shown that at the Bragg angle in the two-beam approximation, dark field electron micrographs of deformed crystals with displacement functions R(z) and R 0 + R(t-z) are identical. Three examples of pairs of deformed crystals satisfying this relation are discussed.Keywords
