Abstract
The physical and chemical properties of the various nonheme iron electron-transfer proteins are discussed in this review. Although the proteins show common features[long dash]in general biological function and in chemical composition[long dash]their molecular structures are still unknown, and the full extent of their relationship to one another remains to be determined. Keywords
