Abstract
Summary Hysterosacropexy is described for the surgical correction of genital prolapse that develops in association with bladder exstrophy. A synthetic inert graft of Gore-Tex is used to elevate the uterus and fix it to the sacrum, thus conserving the uterus for the repair.Keywords
