Abstract
A pedicle graft of omentum makes an excellent protective wrapping about low anterior resections in patients. Good nutrition, proper timing, adequate bowel preparation, and good surgical technique are the keys to successful low anterior resection, while omental pedicle grafting adds a further dimension in helping to assure a complication-free postoperative course. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
