Abstract
Law and Aging is an increasingly popular field of research, as new bibliographies, manuals, and other resources demonstrate. Demographic changes have already had substantial impact on the content of legislation and government programs. This article sets out an outline of major research topics and recurring issues — including the paradox of chronological age vs functional age.Keywords
