Abstract
Amino acid sequences of nine tryptic peptides derived from per formic acid oxidized Ile-chain or cyanogen bromide fragments of the protein were determined mainly by the modified Edman procedure. Thus, 177 residues (67%) out of a total of 265 amino acid residues of the polypeptide chain were sequenced in the present study. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
