The “Retarded” Thromboplastin-Generation Test: Its Use in the Study of Accelerated Blood Coagulation

Abstract
The "retarded" thromboplastin-generation test (TGT), using a 1:50 dilution of the plasmatic reagent, is described. Accelerated generation of thromboplastin is more clearly demonstrated by means of the "retarded" TGT than by conventional methods.
