Abstract
The occurrence of massive pericardial effusion, together with ascites and pleural effusion, in lupus erythematosus is unusual as a clinical manifestation and has never been clearly delineated. Two cases of disseminated lupus erythematosus in which pericardial effusion presented a major problem are reported.Keywords
