Abstract
Cross sections for () and () reactions have been measured between 14.7 and 24.0 MeV using a large liquid scintillator to detect neutrons. Measurements were made for , , , , , , , , , and samples. The excitation functions are compared with calculations based on a statistical, preequilibrium model using global sets of optical model and level density parameters.
