Abstract
A model is proposed for the mechanism of magnetization reversal in thin films of amorphous rare-earth–transition-metal alloys. The model exhibits the observed features of the magnetization reversal process, coercivity and the processes of thermomagnetic recording and erasure. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
