Abstract
These complications can be broken down into three major categories: the direct effects of ischemia, the effects of myocardial rupture or similar structural loss secondary to ischemic insult, and the effects of inhibitory autonomic reflexes triggered by infarction. It is critical to correlate the hemodynamic problem with its etiology in order to choose the appropriate treatment. Keywords
