Description of Massless Particles

This paper gives a first-order manifestly covariant wave equation for massless particles and antiparticles of helicity $-s$ and $+s$, where $s=1, \frac{3}{2}, \cdots$. Also, a position operator is defined that has the correct commutation rules and has a sensible time derivative.
