Abstract
The purpose of this article is to present a case of juvenile xanthogranuloma with pulmonary, retroperitoneal and splenic involvement. The similar echographic pattern of the cutaneous and visceral lesions was very helpful in order to suggest the correct diagnosis.Keywords
