Abstract
The benzidine reaction was used to measure Hb in human erythroleukemic (K562) cells stimulated to synthesize Hb. Increments in Hb concentration paralleled the increase in numbers of benzidine-positive cells that occurred in response to the presence of bovine hemin in the medium.This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
