Compact bandpass filters for 800-MHz band land mobile radio equipments

Abstract
Compact bandpass filters for 800-MHz land mobile radio equipment has been developed using coaxial resonators with a high dielectric constant material of ε r = 35. The use of dielectric material of high Q and a dielectric substrate for coupling capacitors made possible the construction of compact low-insertion-loss filters. The performance characteristics of these filters are described.
