Abstract
EPG was used to explore the detailed nature of the articulation of a subject diagnosed as exhibiting both paraphasic and dyspraxic speech errors. The subject was required to produce a number of single words and to perform non-verbal oral tasks. The EPG data revealed details about speech errors which were not available to the listener. The non-verbal tasks revealed the subject's difficulty in motoric management. Theoretical and therapeutic implications are discussed.
