Abstract
The temperature dependence of the domain structure of the single crystals of SrO(6-x)Fe2O3·xAl2O3 with x=1.8; 1.9; 2 and 2.2 was investigated and the dependence of the domain wall energy, σ w (T), for the case x=1.8 was computed. A high degree of irreversibility of the domain structure of the crystals with x=2 and 2.2 after heating in the temperature range of the Curie point was observed and related to structural inhomogenities. A sharp maximum in the temperature dependence of coercive field for single crystals with x=2 was observed in the vicinity of the Curie point.
