Abstract
Heat transfer coefficients have been determined for a cross flow tube bank by heat and mass transfer techniques for the Reynolds number range of 35,000 to 80,000. Average heat transfer coefficients agree favorably with extrapolations of existing data. Local coefficient variations from the average were as great as +80% and -55%.Keywords
