Abstract
A 63-year-old woman presented with a massive proliferative growth in the urethral region. Fine needle aspiration and biopsy revealed nonHodgkin's lymphoma. No other tumor localization was found and complete remission occurred after 3 courses of chemotherapy. Primary localization of a lymphoma to the urethra is rare. Keywords
