Abstract
Neurogenic pulmonary oedema is a recognized complication of central nervous system injury. A case is presented where this condition was precipitated by induction of anaesthesia in a child with spina bifida, hydrocephalus and a malfunctioning ventriculo-peritoneal shunt.Keywords
