Abstract
A procedure to quantify staphylococcal enterotoxin B by use of the microslide technique was developed. This method consists of matching toxin activity against a series of standard curves obtained with microslides. The procedure was found to be useful in quantifying unheated as well as heated and reactivated staphylococcal enterotoxin B.This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
