Abstract
Normal numbers of B lymphocytes of all three major immunoglobulin classes were found in the peripheral blood of a 3-week-old boy with complete absence of serum IgA and IgM. The additional occurrence of acrodermatitis enteropathica suggests a possible relationship between this syndrome and the immune deficiency. Keywords
