Abstract
It is shown that the localization length of quasienergy eigenfunctions is determined by the classical diffusion rate: l=D/2. The new numerical method of minimal Lyapunov exponent for the calculation of l is proposed and applied to the quantum standard map and Lloyd model. Keywords
