Quantum Electrodynamics with Nonvanishing Photon Mass

A theory of neutral particles with spin one and arbitrary mass $\kappa$ in interaction with electrons is developed in such a form that all observable results go over continuously into the corresponding results of ordinary quantum electrodynamics as $\kappa \to 0$.
