Abstract
As compared to that in normal children a decreased activity of beta gliucuronidase, a lysosomal enzyme associated with mucopolysaccharide metabolism and with salt transport, has been detected in the epidermis and sweat gland tissues of children with cystic fibrosis.Keywords
